How do I create a FieldServ.ai account?
FieldServ.ai accounts are created through our web platform. Visit LeadProspectingAi to start your 21-day free trial. After creating your web account, you can download the mobile companion app and sign in with the same credentials.
Why can't I sign up in the mobile app?
The FieldServ mobile app is a companion app that extends your web workspace to mobile devices. All account creation, billing, and team management happens on our web platform at LeadProspectingAi. This ensures you have full access to all features and settings.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, contact support at info@leadprospecting.ai. Our support team will help you reset your password and regain access to your account.
How do I add team members?
Team members are managed through the web platform. Log in to leadprospecting.ai, go to Settings > Team Management, and click "Add Team Member". They'll receive an invitation email and can then access both the web platform and mobile
What's included in the free trial?
Your 21-day free trial includes full access to all FieldServ.ai features: unlimited jobs, quotes, team members, and our mobile companion. At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits your business needs.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the mobile app or our web platform by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. Alternatively, you can email us at info@leadprospecting.ai.
